Personalised Items Policy

As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for changes of mind.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order via UK Royal Mail, ensuring it reaches you in excellent condition. However, on rare occasions, items may sustain damage during transit, which is beyond our control. If your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you take a photograph of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and email it to us at laserandbloomquery@gmail.com. Our team will review your concerns and respond within 24-48 hours to guide you through the next steps.

Should you find any fault with your order—whether it is incorrect, defective, or damaged please inspect the item upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours. After this time we cannot hold the courier responsible and it may be deemed as damaged in possession.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible non-customised items from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include any original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
