Yes, we may be able to accommodate urgent orders depending on availability. A priority rush fee of £30 applies to orders required within a one week timeframe.

Cleaning your acrylic piece is simple. We recommend using a soft, damp microfibre cloth to gently wipe the surface. If your item includes raised or 3D elements, please take extra care when cleaning around those areas.

We always aim to dispatch orders within the processing times listed on our website. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control and we are unable to speed up the process.

We are only able to offer a replacement or refund once an item is officially considered lost by the postal provider. This timeframe is:

Yes, we can use logos created on Canva, however the file will need to be provided in SVG format for production purposes. Please note that Canva only allows SVG downloads from a laptop or desktop computer, not from the mobile app.

No, you do not need an existing logo to place an order. We can work with you to create a custom design for your sign and will provide a design proof for approval before production begins to ensure you are completely happy with the final look.
